Powers and Duties of Officers

It shall be the duty of the president to:

a. Preside, when present, at all board meetings;

b. Appoint special committees when authorized by the board;

c. Sign warrants and contracts; and

d. Perform duties formally assigned to the president by the board or the laws of the State of Kansas.
