It shall be the duty of the treasurer to:

a. Be bonded as provided by the laws of the State of Kansas and as required by the board;

b. Act as custodian of all school monies;

c. Prepare a monthly written report of the finances of the district and such other reports as may be required; and

d. Require 100% pledged securities for all deposits of school funds.
