OFFENSE: Battery – aggravated
SPECIFICATION: Aggravated battery is defined as the unlawful touching or application
of force to the person of another with intent to injure that individual and
which inflicts great bodily harm upon them, or causes any disfigurement or
dismemberment to or of their person, or which is done with or without using
a deadly weapon, or in any manner whereby great bodily harm, disfigurement,
dismemberment or death could be inflicted. Students involved in acts of aggravated
battery will be referred to the office for immediate and appropriate disciplinary
action.
